If I understand correctly, the software can scrape the info. from local businesses who already advertise in Google Adwords (i.e. they have a marketing budget), so you can contact them offering local SEO, e.g. Google Places, etc. (instead of them using PPC). So, you could say to the business owner (using a side-by-side comparison), save $$$ using SEO instead of PPC and get a better ROI for your business.

gave it a quick run through and it works like a champ. I put in a KW and in moments it went through the 1st 5 pages of results and pulled the business that were paying for adwords and gives you the titles which can be exported to excel.

For the moment, available fields in results are:
Ad title / Ad content / link / page / position
In the futur we will try to add CPC average and maybe business infos but with the links already, it's not long to click on it and to get the business infos from the websites.

Finding people to do SEO for really isn't that hard if you simply twist methods a bit, but it's awesome that you're making it public so that everyone can use it. Though my twist is a bit different. +Rep to you for sharing this

I gave around 10 licenses yet but only 3 or 4 guys installed the software.
We got few troubles with licensing and activation for 1 or 2 guys in the beginning but now its working well everywhere.
I will ask them to give their comments here.
Everybody should enjoy it because its simple, easy to use and make you saving a lot of times.

I made a review but I will state again, this is a good tool for quick and accurate google adwords data when scouting for leads.
You plug in a kw then run it, depending on the # of pages you ask it to scrape it brings you results. For the test run I chose 5 pages and it told me the website paying for adwords, the position at the time of the inquiry and the ad copy they used.
This is a nice time saver. The things I would like to see to make it even better would be an average CPC, which was already mentioned as well as the organic SERP result for that business and KW.
