SEO boosting backlinks plaguing domain names?

There's several website boosting like ITXSoft, fiverr, etc plaguing the domain world. My question is what your thoughts on this and how should we proceed with the domain?

If majority of the backlink has good backlinks you can still use them? But if they are the only backlinks with high authority they are bad? Thoughts?

Domains with traffic are good because Google have not penalized those sites but instead is rewarding them with traffic. So next time before you buy from fiverr etc ask for the domain name and check their traffic.

Good links can carry weight, but if authority hinges on spammy boosts, that’s trouble.

Most of those quick 'trust builders' are garbage. They create more problems than they solve in the long run.
