its proven that duplicate content is not the way to go if you cant write articles yourself you can hire sombody on fiverr to rewrite them for you for cheap

Yes, it does but depends on where you are copying the content from. But since you are just starting, I won't suggest you to get into this and get some quality content to start with. You can write it yourself or can get someone to write it for cheap.
