hi i have a site that has all duplicate content except the home page how can i block the the pages that have duplicate content from being crawled with google so i dont get banned the only page i want to be crawled is my hompage can some on please explain to me what i can do for this and how will thank you

use robots.txt
disallow all
allow index.html or whatever your first page is.

thanks man how would i go about setting up this robots text can you give me an expamle of how it should be done and were do i upload the robots.text please

I have found you can still make duplicate content rank, just try to get it to rank for different keyword than the orginal source ranks for. Do this by building backlinks with the right anchor text
