[SEO] Backlinking Yelp or similar directory

Hi,
Just got an RDP with GSA, SENuke, Scrapebox, etc etc.
Wondering if and how can backlinking a local directory to increase local search results (I.E. "Car dealer in Brooklyn" ) and what would be a good way to do this.

Maybe web2.0, blog posts help you increase your presence on Google & Bing.

Ideally the "money site" is yelpcom/mybusiness and just build some tier 1 links?
