Ask for examples of links that have been built for other clients - this will allow you to assess quality.

Not always good purchased links, but may get it manually done backlinks.

2.Get samples and work reports they have done for their clients previously.
3. Make sure that you list down your requirements correctly.
4. Seller's don't give free review copies for everyone
5. Make sure that the person you are dealing with has a enough reputation in BHW, before you make a huge sum as payment.
