SEO auto software!

Recently I being tired of purchasing Black SEO service and I decided maybe to try do some for myself and purchase auto SEO tools, so, just to understand, lets pretend that I want am SEO agency and I want to offer SEO tier building service with all this platforms:
Btw, I am kind of new to SEO, not a complete beginner but new..

A lot HIGH PR blog posts / Social Bookmarks / Web 2.0 Submissions and 1000+ on tier 2/ Tumblr, Weebly, Wordpress Posts / Article submission / Edu links / Forum links / Document & Image Sharing submission / Profile Submission / Pdf submission / Wiki blast / Indexing services.

Lets say that I have unlimited budget for software, what you can advice me to purchase for this (of course that part of it manually but for platform with a lot of backlinks it hard to be done manually). But please try to minimize the spends, don't write bunch of tools and software just because I have unlimited budget, tell me what is the best tool for each platform.

I would go for Zenno Poster. It's powerful that you can create any template you want to go automated and you can edit your template to suitable for those websites if they have changed something. But it's time consuming and require some skills to make template

You can also go for GSA Ser. It's a beast too. This software is updated everyday by a member here and it's good

If you want to minimize costs, automate as much as you can and still actually RANK something - build OR buy your own PBN for Blog posts and use GSA for everything else.

The tools I use most are gsa Ser, scrapbook, and captcha sniper.

You say you are new to SEO. Even if you have all the money to buy software, you should first read up on SEO techniques here. There are plenty of ways to accomplish the same results. Once you read up, you can decide the kind of approach you want to take and then go shopping for softwares. If you just buy softwares, you will feel good for a bit but then what will you really get out of it?

As for a software- I myself have discovered GSA SER off late and quite amazed with what all is possible with it.

Gscraper - to scrape for links to post, GSA SER, Senuke XCR, reverse proxies OCR service, catchall email (there is a service thread here), private proxies (need at least 50), VPS from Poweruphosting, HMA Daily Premium Proxies list (Lifetime subscription) -> Set GSA SER to auto find more public proxies, Reverse proxies - Automatically changes IP every 10 min, Kontent machine 3 for contents, SpinnerChief for spinning articles, Epicwrite for content writing.

The above are the combination that I suggested.

About GSA SER, it is still working without penalty? so, which link building platforms can be made safe by GSA for tier 1, for tier 2 and for tier 3? if you can be more detailed it will be good, thank you very much! (by detailed I mean to mention exactly which building platforms can be made for each tier by remaining safe as possible - with GSA SER) .
