i didn't know there is that kind of thing. I think that gives good stats, mostly it gives same outcome GTmetrix site.
If there is a problem, it says the same as GTmetrix but in different words.
Performance: i have to fix photo sizes in the page.
SEO: Have to add some kind of alt text to some photo.
It's not saying what photos, so it's not so accurate.

It's a litle bit strange. When I run with the standard profile (with add ons, extension, etc), I've got 81-83-93-92. But when I run it in incognito mode, I've got perfect score: 100-100-100-100. Any one has try it too?

You can just use F12 to open dev tools on Chrome.
Used to have high hopes for the Lighthouse audit when it was added to Chrome about 2 or so years ago, but the hopes faded fast
Not a bad tool by any means, but just because you have a score of 100 won't mean you will rank better.

Yes, it's because of your chrome extensions - if you do an audit, click on "Performance" and scroll down you will see "Reduce JavaScript execution time" there you can see which of your chrome extensions is running javascript. For me it lists Grammarly.
This obviously doesn't affect the performance on your site, only for you as a user. And as you wrote to get more objective result of your site speed it's best to use incognito.
