SEO articles are so difficult!
Currently, I am studying writing methods in China
1. Determine keywords (calling the main keyword multiple times)
2. 3-5H3 titles need to be inserted in the article (but I don't know what to insert!)
What should I do if the article has been indexed but does not participate in the ranking? (After analyzing peer articles, I feel that it is not very useful)

How do they establish subheadings, and even have different subheadings H3 for each article? Is there any other tool for this? I am a beginner
 
You can use tools like Ubersuggest or Also Asked to find subheadings (H3) and related questions. Adding internal links and improving content quality will help your article rank.

At first, SEO can seem hard to understand, but don't worry—you're doing it right. Do one thing at a time. Choose a clear main keyword to start with, then add 3 to 5 H3s that cover simple topics like benefits, steps, common mistakes, or often asked questions. Don't worry if your article is indexed but not yet ranked. It usually implies you need better internal links, a clearer search objective, and more meaningful depth than your competition. Keep making the material better over time. SEO is a long game, not something that happens in one day.
 
I would say, don’t stress too much about rules, just make the article valuable and natural, be patient, and Google will reward it.

maybe get some one lse to write your articles
 
Why you are worried about fixed amount of h3 tags? There is no such rules. Try to make it natural also you take help from chatgpt to generate heading ideas.

It’s normal to feel stuck, just having keywords and headings isn’t enough. Focus on making your content genuinely useful: answer questions your audience has, add examples, tips, or data, and structure it so readers can easily find answers. Even if it’s indexed, Google may not rank it if it’s thin, repetitive, or less helpful than competitors. You can improve it by expanding content, adding internal links, and making sure each H3 covers a clear subtopic that adds value.

Indexed but not ranking usually means low topical depth or weak internal links try refining subheadings around user intent instead of repeating keywords.​

That's a very accurate summary.

Keyword ranking depends on content and link building. After having sufficiently good content, you need to seek traffic and build strong enough links to rank that article for the keyword.
