ok, i will try to keep a long story short. Basically, I have been working on a real estate portal that is now operational for just about 1 year. Lots of mistakes were made in terms of the design, structure, navigation etc... and I believe that at this moment the site itself is pretty well structured. I did all the necessary things such as making seo friendly links, getting the pages to be as unique as possible, avoid duplicate content, building site directory, submitting to google, the whole usual bunch.

fact is until now, the site is just not getting indexed properly, and the ranking is really bad.

Don't get me wrong, its not that I have not done sites and seo before, this one is just a real challenge mainly because the site is offered in different countries and in different languages, each with their own subdomain.

I personally think i'm looking blind on it after months of research and cross checking and i think time has come to ask for a second opinion and assistance since I cannot understand why the site is not getting positioned better.

If anybody is interested, please feel free to drop me a pm and I will send you the link of the website. If you think you can be of any assistance, just give me some insight on what you think roughly can be done and what sort of costs are involved.

Thnx

increase social network integration as well as create web 2.0 this because of google algorithm update.

What do you mean with "site is not indexed properly"?

In terms of Seo,what have you done so far?

Lot of things to check first,
Have you done the audit,

1. Audit Backlinks profile, is it natural and healthy. I have Ahref account, let me know if u dont have it, need to check backlink profile through it.
2. Check Webmaster for any errors or penalty
3. THere should be none duplicate content
4. Do you have href lang meta tags in place
5. Anchor text audit
6. Backlink strategy
7. Is the site blocked by robots etc.

do a site:domain search and see the results;
search your site by entering just site name and see if it comes the first one or else it is caught by penalty
check the cached version to see if there is any hidden text

and so many things to check.....

Can you PM me a link so that i may check it,

To help it index you should ping all of your content and then manually submit the links to Google. Do not forget to make a
site map and submit it to Googles webmasters tools.
