    Hello

I got a website that is build on a custom CMS where the urls look like this

    domain dot com/index.php?link=about.php
    domain dot com/index.php?link=services.php
    domain dot com/index.php?link=who-we-are.php

Unfortunetly i have no access to change them to correct urls, so what do suggest me to do and how do i handle backlinks to inner pages?

Can google read my pages like that? Keyword in url is readable?
I mean, like this domain dot com/index.php?link=marketing-firm-UK.php

Are backlinks on inner pages worth or should i focus on the on page fixes and backlinks on the domain?

    Thanks

Good inner links DOES matter a lot.
Use .htaccess to make urls like domain.com/who-we-are or at least like domain.com/page/who-we-are
Also use <link rel="canonical" href="domain.com/who-we-are"/> in the page <head> tag to prevent content duplication by having multiple url's to the same page.

Yes, keywords in URLs are readable but I am not sure how much benefit you will get from such keyword targeting.

Backlinks to inner pages are really important just like backlinks to home page.

Deep linking helps in boosting rank of inner pages which impacts the overall reputation of the website.
