SEO and Hosting

will there be an affect in the eyes of google if your site is hosted on a web space, VPS or dedicated server?
Lets say the site speed is the same on all three hostings.

No, it won't matter. There are many websites hosted on shared hosting using the same IP, sharing the same speed, they are still able to rank. So if you look at it from that specific point of view, it won't affect you one bit.

Technically, it shouldn't as long as the IP you're on isn't blacklisted by Google or isn't used for spam by other users on the same IP.
Generally, server upgrades are required to upload more data or manage more users, if none of that is an issue and the IPs are clean, it wouldn't make any difference.
