The word iamrichabcd has more search than the word coca cola
and i buy the domain iamrich.abcd will i get always at first place on google?

No. Even when EMDs were powerful, it still didn't automatically put you first. It is debatable whether they have any influence at all, though I would say they do, though they are more prone to over optimisation penalties.

I just bought the domain diade.me

In google diademe is searched as often than facebook and diade a little less.
Si i can't make a niche with that?

Like a niche for girl or a jewelery niche.

Edit: and i can also have one with health niche. And low competition. And the both word (with and without.me) are related to the niche. One in English, other in french. And good searched in google for both.
