Seo and 301 Shorteners.

Hi!

I've read few guides about shorteners in Black Hat SEO, and i still can't get it.
I'm just wondering how this shorteners helps with ranking sites? I got some of my sites to google TOP 3 rank, but i wasn't using this method at all.

So can you explain me how it works on example?
structure e.g:
Money Site <- T1 <- T2

To get links, i'm using GSA program. Where's the place for shorteners in this scenario?
I would be really glad, if you can answer me

If you got rankings in first 3 spot without any help from this method, then don't try it. It don't work anymore the way it used to be an year earlier or so. But the method is to blast your urls with shorteners, that is you shorten the original URL itself through various shortening services and it should count as backlinks. Some famous shorteners do give some link juice but not the less popular ones, IMO.

Really thanks for the answer, it sounds pretty good. But i'll follow your advice and not bother my mind about this method for now.

URL shorteners USED TO (I say this because they've been abused and don't work as well anymore) work well as a buffer between T1 and T2. You would create a T1, wrap it in a few different shorteners, and then blast the SHIT out of it with GSA blasts. The authority of the shortener would insulate the nasty spammy nature of the blast from harming your T1 while passing most the link juice. It was great... while it lasted. But like most easy methods it got talked about and used by everybody and their sister. As a result Google closed that loophole and it doesn't work like that anymore. Google will probably dick slap you.

Today... I only use it in occasional social share blasts for indexing. Wrap a link in Google's url shortener, share it on Facebook with an aged account, and then have that post shared a couple dozen times. Because the nature of social media the shortened URL looks more natural. BUT... it doesn't pass much (any) link juice.
