SEO - alt, keywords, meta description

hi, sorry for my english, i have few questions. I have website with adsense, with videos and funny pictures. But to today, i had only titles on each post. No my programator add alt tags, keywords, and description. Can you tell me what can i put on this fields?
For example- title - Differences between drunk and stoned. Who will win?
alt- Differences between drunk and stoned
keywords- drunk,stoned,
meta description - To test if people function better drunk or stoned, I got really drunk one night and then really high on another night and made this video.

Is this good? I understand this correctly?

meta keywords don't matter anymore.
Add more text (atleast 200-300 words) to your page or adsense will ban you.
and put that text in alt tag for which people would search images on google.

meta jeywords won't matter for Google, but Yahoo/Bing are still using it.
meta description, use something that will atract people to click on your link. use your keyword that you target for that particular post, and make it short, 150 chars.
title, the same. Short and straight to the point.

Think when you are searching for something what website would you enter ?

I have question. Do you mean words or characters?(with space)

I have more then 200 words on all website, but on each content i have only title, and alt - same as title
