Hello,
Would need some advice about ranking game hack website.
Plan A
Buy domain+hosting, make Home/about/contact/faq sections
Add about 2k word content using searched keyword. After some time(3-7 days) add again post with 2k word content and in total add 5 articles for 1 keyword but different and quality content for each post/article.

Plan B
Make multiple hack website, daily adding new posts with different game hacks.

Which would be better for ranking and for SEO?

The niche you're trying to penetrate is quite dead now, to be honest. However, if you're trying to make us choose between the strategies you've proposed, I'd go for the first one.

What about your link building strategy? Adding new content every now and then won’t get you anywhere unless the competition is super duper low.

For example i will have website.com
Will add game hacks e.g website.com/clashofclanshack
website.com/candycrushsagahack
etc..
By relevant you mean like this?

Please, the MOST IMPORTANT IS KEYWORD RESEARCH.
You need to know about your competition, if you're new find easy competition. However you'll lost ALL of your money!

Edit : Then make 10k article, make some page like contact us etc.. Use quality links like PBN, Guest Post, Web 2.0 to rank. And be patient.

Yes I will start with long keywords with low competition, to see how ranking works and I am not expecting results in weeks, but in 2-6 months will start expecting.
Will research keywords, but want to know which would be the best way to make website about hack niches
