seo admin?

Has anyone seen this tool before or know where I can find it either free or paid?
Sophos covered it today on their blog it basically takes google trends and generates a cloaked page for google to crawl with links to top ranked pages in header tags. Here they describe how black hatters are using it to install malware but I would be interested in using it simply to generate traffic to make quick and easy money. ( I am aware the sites i use it on may be banned by google) Thanks in advance arty:

no responses yet I take it no one else has seen this tool? or anything similar that will generate a cloaked page based on trending topics? seems like something that would be able to generate tons of traffic to something like a blog with cpa offers/ads on it....

ive seen one similar once but turned out to be a virus.
