I know there a lot of good threads on seo on here. I work a full time job and I don't have time to do much research . I was just looking to see if someone has a thread or method I can read on.

It also looks like you want to start from scratch; questions like "is linkbuilding still a good method in 2019?" set you on a pretty long SEO journey.
Think it's best to stick with @mhtro's advice on this one.
