Senuke's customer support experience

Hi,
spent past two months in creating more than 30 campaigns and there are tons of issue with scheduler and updator not working. I created more than 6 support tickets and they response me after 15 days with non-working resolutions. does everyone have same experience with senuke?

issues i am facing
scheduler not wokring: almost all senuke campaigh did not started and I had to manually start after their schedule past. also only single campaigh runs more than 2 times a day even though it is not scheduled to run.

updater not working: When I tried to run updater manually or automatically. it says initiazing download and then closes updater windows automatically. only response i got from senuke after 15 days of opening ticket was, add senuke to firewall exception list. my senuke is already added to exception list and I also tried disabling firewall. I don't have antivirus on my machine so there is question of disabling antivirus.

I am not sure if senuke support team is like this only. I almost spend more than $500 on senuke including money on captcha service and article builder. it has been waste of time and money.

i hope somebody from senuke team can hear my voice!!!

All those older backlink apps are mostly defunct(except xrummer), your best bet now is to use automation tools like BAS or Zenno and build your own, it will be much more effective anyway as 8k other monkeys won't be using the exact same template.
