I started the SENUKE XCR 14 day trial on March 1, 2013. I performed a couple of Full Monty runs, and I can testify to added back links for my site. It's a good product. Unfortunately, I ran into some medical problems that prohibited me from using SENUKE any further, and demanded that - for now - I mind my medical bills before anything else. So I sent a refund request last Friday and Saturday to the support email and contact email provided on my PayPal receipt. SENUKE promises to refund within 30 days of starting the free trial. It's Tuesday the 26th now, and I haven't received word from SENUKE. I called a moment ago and received a voicemail. How long should I expect it to take for someone to get back to me? If they take longer than four days to respond, will it become more difficult to get a refund, or will they honor my earlier request?
