I've never used Ultimate Demon, but SENukeX is good in the aspect of how easy it is to use. Creating campaigns is a breeze. SENuke linkwheels are great to add a boost to your site. I can't say that I ever use the modules separately...
That being said, Ultimate Demon is cheaper, plus they give you an option for a lifetime license which is nice. However, I cant give you much info on the actual program since I have never used it.
Try the Senuke trial and see what you thinK!

At the moment NukeX is slightly the better tool, but over a couple of years it'll cost you 10x more minimum.
When Demon gets the link wheel feature added it will be a big step (coming in the next month or so according to the devs roadmap)
Nuke $147 per month
Demon $347 for two years (minimum)
Thats over $3500 against under $350 for 24 months use.
Also they are adding sites and platforms to Demon all the time. It now comes with a lot more WEB2's than it came with at launch. I have morte sites in Demon than I can count, 30,000 maybe 50,000 something like that. Wiki's tens of thousands) article sites, WEB 2, thousands of bookmark sites, press release video, RSS well over a thousand directories..I'm scraping and adding more all the time. adding hundreds or sometimes even thousands a week.
But like I say - at the moment - if money is no object, Nuke is the slightly better tool.
If money is a concern there is really no choice. For 10% the cost UD offers 85-90% of the functionality, with more to come (free).
Both work VERY well. I have used X and UD (I've hammered them both) They are both rock solid applications that work and are very well supported.
A rare thing in IM these days where many none subscription products just fail 4-5 months after you buy them.
Sum up - monry no object = Nuke
90% of the functionality for a fraction of the cost = Demon
They are the best tools in this field - it's good to have competition, it keeps the devs on their toes and the prices under control.

Yeah I like both, I could just be all crazy for UD because I just bought it though haha.

I see no big downside to UD. Senuke does a lot too, but cost a LOT more and frankly has had a lot of up's and downs since I've used it.
Ultimate Demon looks to be a GREAT amount for functionality and value. Senuke is easy, but too expensive for what you get.

I use both, but right now I am loving UD. The ability to add sites is amazing... I am scraping more sites every day. My web 2.0 list is up to 140 sites. If Nuke could change it up and allow users to input sites, like elgg, and all the bookmarking platforms it would be better.
UD is like AMR, you can add sites and set it on a posting schedule. It runs on sockets, and it runs clean.
Same with the booking module. Set up a campaign and let it drip them out.
It posts to wiki's. Scrape up a list and let it drip.
It really is a fine piece of software.

SeNukeX - excels at building pyramids, but highly limited in IP diversity, as you cannot import any sites into it (baaad)
Ultimate D (I have not tried it), besides being much cheaper, provides a huge IP diversity due to importation of sites. If as Scritty says, UD gets linkwheel, it would be wicked.

I'm using both SENuke and UD for my daily linkbuilding.
At the moment, I still prefer SENuke for its ease of use and the diagram designer.
For me, UD is good in terms of its diversity of platforms and ability to add more sites yourself.
It is getting there and it will be fantastic if they can get in the designer as well.
In terms of pricing and value, UD has the edge.
Check out Scritty's demondemon.com, i believe there is a fantastic deal with $100 off right now plus membership to Scritty's site.
