One of my sites is only a month old. I nuked it initially with 'full monty' template, spun content. Then blasted 2nd & tier with SB.
Seen good initial rankings.
Looking to build more links consistently.

What pyramid design / method would you suggest to use on a constant basis? Every 5 days for example.

You can use any template that yo wish. The best option is to create your own template for Senuke X and use it on a daily basis. Mix up your links, anchors and mix up the diagram here and there. The more variety, the better rankings you will achieve.

As long as you aren't nuking the same URLs with the same templates and switch it up weekly, you'll gain rankings in a matter of days to weeks.
