Senuke X Link Diagram help

I got Senuke X a month ago and I am just learning it. Lot of read and some testing.

The thing is, before senuke I was blasting buffer sites (5 of them) with SB, and these buffer sites are connected to my money site.

I saw a small improvement on serps (#17 to #12 and now dancing between #10 and #12)

Now I want to start a small link diagram to get used with senuke. Like this:

moneysite<=squidoo lens<= 8 social network<= 16 socialbookmarking and 16 web 2.0 Profiles

I do not know which properties are better to start blasting with SB, also I do not know when to submit RSS feeds and which one. Could someone please give me a light?

Chain the RSS and Bookmark to your social network.
SB Blast your lower tier sites.

What about anchor texts? I mean, I do not want my squidoo or social network pages outranking my money site, thats why they are all created with articles of my own niche, but not with my keywords.

But on SB, is it better to use my keyword as anchor text or vary? My lower sites would be web 2.0 profiles correct? I should not blast my social network?

You could just submit every link you create to RSS Aggregators.

Just enter in every link and it will automatically convert it into an RSS Feed then just submit to RSS Aggregators.

Can anyone give me a light on my last questions? Also, I do want to know if this schematic needs to be made just 1 time or multiple times. Still don't get it.

After its complete, I will start blasting my low tier sites with SB.
