No as far as I know SEN-X can only create forum profiles and place a backlink in those profiles. They seem to be pretty far throw away - that means they can be only used once, or for manual posting.

senuke can be usefull for accournt creatiion, porlly the best feature i seen , hta none other program got

Senuke X can only create profiles on specific forums, like the ones powered by SMF, vBulletin and etc.

I thought it only worked on the preprogrammed list, which is a huge con of it.

Yes, it does allow you to add forums, but before adding you've to sort them by the correct platform, like SMF ones, vBulletin and etc.
