i was setting up some hotmail accounts and this happened "You've reached the daily limit for creating Windows Live IDs" try tomorrow...

I was using a vpn "hotspot shield" & after i've changed my ip etc and its still the same...

is this because of my mac address?

Noway hotmail can check your MAC address. It's Cookie. Use Ccleaner or some other cookie remover. And also hotspot is not a good VPN.

KISSSecurityTunnel and HideMyAss are cheap VPNs. You can also use socks proxies. Most of the time you can get them free by using a proxy scraper.
