SENuke X ~ are they using httpwebrequest or web browsers now?

If anyone knows...the new and improved SENuke X....are they using httpwebrequest instead of browsers to setup accounts, etc or are they still using the browser method?

I 'm not following the changelog closely, but I think it 's mostly httpwebrequests now.
