I have used SENuke for a number of years now and I have always been a fan of it. While it was expensive compared to other programs, there were constant updates and the support was always very good. In recent months though this has changed, the updates don't seem to be as frequent and the support has been poor. For 3-4 months I have had a problem with my project not saving. This is a pretty fundamental flaw to say the least and one I would have thought that the SENuke team would be keen to solve. This appears not to be so though. I have been put in touch with Dave at SENuke, one of their technical support team. He is very illusive and rarely replies to my messages. In fact I have to post on the SENuke forum for him to get in touch with me which is pretty poor service. About a month ago now Dave went on Teamviewer and had a look at my SENuke. He thought the problem was it being set to 32bit rather than 64. Although this improved things, it did not solve the problem. I spoke to him afterwards and emailed him a copy of the error message that kept coming up. I have not been able to get in touch since then. Given the £150 per month cost, waiting months for them to solve a pretty fundamental problem is not right. Here is a copy of my thread on the SENuke forum - http://senuke.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=26562 The reason for my post is twofold; I want to know if others are having the same problem with projects not solving. I would also like to make others aware who are considering getting SENuke.
