Senuke - How long?

Hello all, i was wondering if someone could tell me the rough time it would take to do a web 2.0 blast in senuke.

Also if if i wanted to run 20 of those blast in a row will it just run those one after the other once set up.

Like blast-->url
blast--> url

ect.

Senuke is just awesome.....because it can cover 3 keywords at a time for a single domain.

For me, it takes less than 15-20 minutes per blast (including creating and verifying accounts). It became much faster after the 'sockets' thing that they added.
