I signed up for senuke,

Set up the wizard, basically to the guidelines of the video

Is this all that has to be done?

I have it running web2.0, social bookmarking, and thats it at the moment.

I cant figure out how to tell if its working?

If anyone has a guide for dummies it would be greatly appreciated!

I do experience switching accounts on senuke especially on video nuking. What I did was go on the toolbox and clear cookies. Try it if it works for you.

How can you not tell if it is working or not? There are green check marks for successful posts and a big red X if it fails. Very simple.

When it's done you will get a list of your submitted URL's and you will be able to copy and view them in your browser.

I don't use SEnuke anymore but I believe its on the main panel on the right under the URL tab.

Green for approved and red for error. thats it, maybe you should practice linking modules. or if your lazy just blast using the pre loaded templates. but its better to do it manually first before going to modules, just like driving a car, practice manual transmissions first then driving an automatic car would be much more easy.
