There are different between the quality of the links in those two, or it all depends on your website publish list which use to create the backlinks?
Btw, how can I scrape high PR links / blogs into my senuke campaign?

Senuke is using its own list to submit. It has a feature that you can add your own list but it's useless as many site cannot added. This software I think is worst than GSA nowadays

You can use Scrapebox to scrape your desired links and import to Senuke Campaign. But I think it may not working

GSA SER is the best option as you can configure it in hundreds of different ways to post to targets that you choose.

Get Gscrapper for scraping Links and GSA for Making Links.. Much faster than any Other Tool in the Market now...
