Need to be a bit more specific than that. Will It aid you In ranking sites that you will advertise your Clickbank affiliate products you're selling? Sure.
Could you use It strictly for spamming the web In hopes of getting clicks from said spammed sites? Sure.
From the sounds of It, I don't think you know too much (not trying to sound mean). Do research first, learn a bit more. If you expect to buy a software and make money by just clicking a few buttons, you are very mistaken. Takes time, learning, and money. Do your research, draw out a plan, and see what tools can help you In certain areas of your plan via automation.
If you just go straight Into buying software, and not to mention the other tools that are pretty vital In terms of automation software (server,proxies,captcha,etc,.), then you will probably end up wasting your money like most others who took the same approach.

yeah Senuke is great but its not like a social spam bot, just helps rank ur sites

Just helps you rank the sites that you are using for clickbank. There is no way of ranking your site within clickbank to show on top of the product categories.
