I do use it, but only for some of my less popular sites when i am pressed for time or don't feel throwing up a paid article is necessary. I have it auto spin as well in these instances.
IMHO if you use a broad enough keyword that has a lot of articles for SEnuke to pull from, you'll be alright. Don't rely on it too heavily though.

it takes literally 2 minutes to write a 500 word article.

Not for me, especially on some of my stranger and more "remote" Niches. (Which other than the profit, I would have no real interest in.)
How can it take 2 minutes to write a 500 word article. Its not even the writing that takes up the time. Its the horrible spinning.
Do you all manually spin the article's?
Say if i have 3 social network articles to fill in. Can i use the same spun article for all 3? I think i can just want to make sure.

Spinning it with Senuke is not really significant in your campaign, it's how often you update your site with content and how often you do your linking campaign.

as long as you choose 6 articles to mash up, around 70% + unique, change search related keywords in every article/pr/social network module before you generate, Spin your default keyword titles. If you wanna make unique articles in 15 min, try instant article wizard.

I type around 200 words/minute (have for years) I suppose the average person would have issues doing that though.
I manually spin all of my articles... people who autospin inside Senuke are going to get their a$$ handed to them soon enough.
Would I rather 3 tier hand spin an article in about 2-3 hrs and use it (successfully) to get around 1000 backlinks? or do I generate content that's unreadable, poorly contextualized crap that's going to be a pain to get indexed... and spend 5 hrs in Senuke generating it...

Hint: once you make around 10 of those 3 tiered articles... you can mix and match them and get, you guessed it, around 100k readable articles that pass google's content filters.

the max I can do is 90 wpm
this speed is achieved by typing cheats in games like GTA lol.
