for someone reason when i click create accounts it says i need at least 1 number in my password, but i do have a number, multiple ones actually, anyone know why?

I have encountered the same problem. "it says i need at least 1 number in my username" I added and added. Same thing. I sent a help request in.. Hopefully Ill have an answer soon. Ill post when I do.

Areeb told me it was a very specific problem with my computer, I will try it on my laptop when it comes in!

I hate those kind of problems, where basically your the only one having that particular issue..... I seem to run into it a lot when calling tech support from work on an issue our software or hardware is having..... I explain the issue, and get the dreaded, "huh, haven't heard of that happening before", and then having to wait days to get it figured out.....

I recieved the response from Areeb, and it seems that there was a missing script "Windows Script 5.7 for xp". I went there but im running service pack 3, which doesnt help my situation since I have a newer version of the script installed.

Problem solved, Im feeling dumb right now..

For anyone who has the same issue I had, all you have to do is start a command prompt, run as admin, and type this into the prompt:
[FONT=&quot]regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Did the trick..

No more issues.

yeah I did that, did not work for me though.
