sent out 50 cold emails last week

I hate cold calling and i will not do it to save my life so i had to use email to get clients
My tips are make the emails personal, use the name, company name address and such, i don't know what your selling but if it is SEO you could use IBP (it is here in the download section) to create a rapport about their sites for them.

Don't put the rapport in a PDF file but publish it on your website, use their company name in the URL, create a good salespitch and you will see that after some trying and testing and tweaking people will respond to your emails.

I have done that for SEO, mobile sites and now i use it for my lead selling business... email works great no matter what people say, i never ever make a cold call cus i suck at it and i hate it with a passion, and i have always had enough business to pay the bills and some of my expensive habits, and i did it all true email

Do you follow up with them?
Whats your email copy like a sales copy or a short ad.
Do you only do strict email or do you go to there office when there intersted.

If they really wan me to i go to their office, but most of the time i can handle it just fine with Skype/MSN webcam

It is not really offline if you are sending emails. And try to connect with them over the phone.
