Contact hitbtc support they will need your from and to wallet address and transaction id. If they are a fair company they will retrieving it. They might charge a fee like in my case.
As to the best of my knowledge, I think it is a case where you won't allowed to dispute. So check many times before you send your coins. Try all websites or send a ticket to customer support.
You are right. Kucoin (like it did with many other users in OP's situation) might refuse to help. If both DENT and DCN are Ethereum tokens, there might still be a chance for recovering the coins.
