If your email list clean and genuine Sendy + SES is the Cheapest in the market
If you scraped the list or bought lists from someone or want to send random campaigns or want to use multiple SMTP's Mailwizz is the one you need

you can get the nulled version from somewhere outside if you know how to install go ahead or take some freelancer help from here.
There was some sale on mailwizz on BF and CM for 29$ or something - you can draft a nice email to that developer that you missed the BF sale and need help to get it on that price they will accept most of the times on your second or 3rd followup

no plans startet not from there maybe yes for ather tools but sendy i have since 3 years never used it and last month i updatet to new version (bought update) but only set up sendy so i havent startet with sendy becorse at the moment i have no subscriber in my country its hard to get subscriber (german)

You have smtp providers like:
ElasticEmail
SendGrid
SendinBlue
Mailjet
etc
They are really sharp on clean, legit email lists and difficult to use if you have scraped lists.
If you hire your own server you avoid this. But.. It is way more expensive and you need 1-2 months to warm up the server with mails. There are some BSTs here where those servers are sold like this one:

To get a nice inbox rate you'll need multiple IPs depending on the size of the list. So technically it is possible to run a Raspberry pi as a smtp server but probably infrastructure wise not. Beside that, if your IP got marked as spam I don't know what an ISP will do since it is your home IP but probably suspend your internet access.

Mostly no hosting provider allows you to mail that easily so don't take risk. Yes mailwizz and mumara allows to add unlimited sending domains easily.
