Are you able to use the secured card generated from paypal to send money from western union online? Just wondering because that would be a good way to pull out chunks of money at one time, ya know. Anyone who knows or knows of how I can send from paypal to western union so I can go pick up, let me know...thanks

From paypal to western union?

I'm not that familiar with western union, BUT you can use secure cards just like any other credit card....
 
Ok, now here's the tricky question. How can I get the secure card? What's the deal with that or should I just buy an account with the secure card on it? BTW, have you ever done that via money gram by chance?

Hello,There is no way you will be able to get paypal to western union i can promise you that, secure card will not work with WU online they will know its a VCC and they quiz you over the phone even if its not.. theres no service that offers pp to wu due to the fact paypals are stolen alot and being able to withdraw with WU would cause ALOT of fruad.
 
Why don't you just get a paypal debit card? I use this to withdraw from paypal all the time. Max withdraw per day for me is $400.00. I'm sure I could get that raised but have never needed to. The daily spending limit is $3,000.00 for me. I could go to a coin dealer and buy a few ounces of gold in 1oz canadian maples with the debit card; then take them down the street to another dealer for cash.

If I am not mistaken, it is against the rules to offer or request a financial exchange of any kind. Paypal to WU would count as a financial exchange. Just trying to look out.
 
libertyreserve offers transfer from the online account to WU i think.
 
no paypal to WU or anything similar that I know of.... VCC doesn't work.....

would love to hear another idea of how to get $$ out of paypal in a hurry.
 
try xoom c0m they accept paypal and u can get it by tomorow eveninig

Between fees that Paypal charges + Western Union fees you are spending a high % just on service fees. I would just use Paypal debit card.

You could always use Xoom. From my understanding they have fair rates, accept paypal and it seems like a speedy service too.
