If you're sending stablecoins on Solana regularly, definitely stick with wallets like Phantom or Solflare—they’re smooth and support USDC/USDT with super low fees. Also, if you're moving funds from other chains, bridges like Allbridge work well to get your assets onto Solana. Way cheaper and faster than ETH-based options, especially for frequent transfers.
Solflare and Phantom still charges $0.3 per transaction to cover network and transaction fee. They don't really work for me

Solana’s been my go-to for stablecoin transfers—fees are basically nothing and transactions confirm in seconds. Just a heads-up though: some exchanges and wallets only support stablecoins on certain chains, so always double-check the network before sending. Also worth noting, network congestion can still happen during big launches or hype events, but it’s rare.

Many platforms (Binance, Nexo, Cryptomus, Coinbase, etc.) do not charge fees for transfers between platform users because they are done past the blockchain. But if the amounts are large, be prepared to go through verification. It is optimal to check with support.

There’s no platform that’ll allow you to send SPLs without charging fees. All major wallets (solflare/phantom) implement priority fee to make sure your tx gets into the next block - which is roughly $0.30, but even without priority fee you’re paying somewhere around $0.05 to have your transfer go through.

Use Phantom. there is almost no cost to send something on SOL network

The simplest route is to send your stable-coin transfers on Solana without any priority fees. Right now the network isn’t congested, so a plain token transfer clears in seconds and you only pay the base fee of 0.000005 SOL per signature—roughly $0.000775 at the current price. Push 100 of those in a day and you’re out just $0.0775 total. That’s the first, easiest win; if you really need to squeeze it lower you could batch several transfers into one transaction or use address-lookup tables, but the base fee alone is already a fraction of a cent. Simple script can do that for sure.
