sending out SMS to make money

Hello all, I am extremely new, but I have been hearing that if you send out SMS, some companies pay you per click etc? Can somebody point me to a site or a program that pays you xxxx amount of sms sent and delivered?

Just find a CPA company with a lot of mobile optimized offers and go down that route. That's the best plan of attack.
