Sending out email blasts

I have a way of getting alot of emails targetted to different categories.

The problem is that I want to send out emails to those, which I haven't done before. Not in such a volume anyways.
So I'm looking for a service/program that offers this.
Please share your opinions of services you've used/are using and prices etc.

Quality service rather than a cheap one..

Which ones have strict rules?
Which does not?

Any help is appreciated.

Any system with high deliverability, you won't be ale to use. Every emailing company will kick you out for using non opt-in leads.
However, it's possible to do hygiene on your list (remove bounces, old emails, spam traps, etc.) and then mail very SLOWLY (at first then progressively more) with your own server.
The hygiene part is soooooo important - if your list has any of the above junk in it, your server will stop inboxing emails extremely quick. Oh and in the best case scenario (after purchasing leads like this) you will inbox around 20-50% (gmail almost never) - which if you've taken the time to setup your server correctly, and have built up your ability to send more mail per day... well, you can make some cash.
 
How big is your list? you can google 'email campaign' and find some providers or you can setup your own email servers.

Some of my lists are fresh ones, meaning that they have not opted in (scraped). So sending some type of free offers to them is something I've thinked about. This sort of emails wont get much open rate, I get that. But I have to narrow it down to the people who opts in and then go from there.

That "hygiene" part is a nice thought. I will certainly use that, thanks.
 
just get and vps and send them a hi message
then remove bounces and you are ready to use any services that wants optin emails
just dont tell them that your lists are not optedin
 
Yeah, I'm thinking about getting a VPS and start mailing from there.

Keep it coming, any good service you recommend?

What is the best method of doing this?

Should I clean my lists on a different system to what I will be sending them on once they have been cleaned?

Please help as I'm stuck with regards to how to clean a list properly without messing up my reputation.

If you have bad emails, you will likely to experience more problems from web monitors and blacklists. Therefore, setup cleaning infrastructure separately. Also, knowing spam traps is difficult thing, if you really have them in your list. Just try to kill the salient emails, with no activity in your list, hopefully it will help. Plus, configure your infrastructure with the application capable to appropriately monitor the emails for the activity, and later, able allow segmenting the list by applying different filters, like to separate out bounced emails, or relayed emails only etc.
Another way of knowing the validity of the emails in your list can be some email verification software. MUMARA email marketing application offers this email verification addon.
However, i guess separate cleaning server is more appropriate choice to move on...
