Hello, i want to send money to some Indians. I only have paypal but they use apps like phonepe, paytm, stuff like that. My country doesn't support those.
If you can help me transfer money for example 10$ to them , i pay you 12$ via PayPal. For example

You can try Crypto. PayPal charges are high and after that there is currency conversion charges too.
