Sending message to over 5000 event Guests?

Hi All,

Is there any way to message all the invited guests of an event I have crteated? I have over 8000 guests and the message guests button is now gone. (It is gone if the guest number is over 5000)
Any ways around this?

No way ... keep them under 5k ... Or create an iMacro to delete/ban 3,000 attending guest. I've never tried this, but you can give it a shot.

There is a way to do this, however it is not well known and SHOULDN'T be posted on here to ensure that it still works.

I ran a script to delete 10,000 people but it took to long and the event happened. grr i feel like im searching for holy grail

keep them under 5k fans.. because with more than 5k+ it doesn't work

USE YOUR MOBILE PHONE ...

the internet browser on my blackberry bold 9700 works for this (not the blackberry app but the browser)

you can message +5000 members this way... just select to message all.

Now what I need is a way to invite 5000 friends to an event. any help appreicated

works for me, i've always been doing it (on a blackberry bold 9700) ... if you have a touch screen phone, access the m facebook site and not the touch facebook site.

I use eventbrite for events. It then posts on your fan/group page, personal page and all your friends feeds. If you have all your friends emails then you can send 2k per day thru their site. Hope that helps some.
