Hi,

I have 1 account with 5,000 friends and I would like to message them all. How many messages per day do you recommend I send to avoid being disabled?

I cant say the exact number, but I also think it is under 50. If you send the same message to multiple recipients it will surely trigger some sort of red flag, if it happens again it would likely draw attention and zzzzzaaaaap.

Yep,
There are a variety of approaches.
Some which will have your account banned by sending 20-30 per day, and some which will allow you to send 5000+ per minute.
