Sending Email Service That Doesn't Go To "Promotions"

Is there an email service provider that doesn't make emails drop into the "promotions" category of gmail?

For gmail, there is no other options to get those emails in folders other than promotions.

If anyone is using the older version of gmail then they would get the promotional emails on main folder. Otherwise their is no other option till now.
