Pay outlook business plan, get domains names, and place 20 emails in the outlook plan with 10 domains names. Then you use those to connect with your automated sending software. Warm it up for 2 weeks then start sending after that.
That's not great number. You can do this by SMTPs or other email sender
can you suggest for me please some smtp providers ?

i use mailwizz and adding some smtp server for 3 years now, i can send more than 2000 email daily

For 200-1000 daily emails, use an ESP like SendGrid or Mailgun rather than personal accounts. They handle deliverability better. Start with lower volumes and warm up gradually to avoid spam flags.
For mailboxes, buying accounts violates TOS and leads to poor deliverability. Better to create legitimate business domains with proper SPF/DKIM setup - much more sustainable for affiliate marketing.

please don't just ask about how many email to send and which thing to use, mention your motive of the email campaign and from where you got the leads(is it scrapped emails or bought or opt in). Because each case need specialized tools.
