Hey guys I'm looking into sending out cold e-mails using gmass & I am just wondering, if you wanted to be like compliant with the law you'd have to put an opt out at the bottom of the e-mails your sending right? That means your name, address, etc with a link to 'opt out' ?

What does mean sir? i'm curious i don't know much about gmail thats why im not using any email

Yes You Should , If You Are Targetting The European Subscribers With That , Then You Must Put That Criteria , Else Your Campaign Will Be Very Soon Blocked Out And Then You Will Have Loss Of Money & Efforts Combined With Your Time , So Better Go The RIght Way From The Start Indeed Actually And Not Be Sorry Later

Adding an unsubscribe link and your contact info is important. It keeps your emails legal and builds trust with people you email.

yeah, pretty much, you need to add your name, address, and an easy opt-out link at the bottom to stay on the safe side legally.

Never had this in gmass because they feel comfortable and read/react. Depends from the sender if you need be super suspicious about the coldmail rules.
