Sending Bulk Mails

I Got a question: If I buy a web hosting service, with email in the package, and I (in anyway) automate the mailing, will that work? Say I buy a package on hostinger that includes an email in it. Then I automate the sending of the mail, will I get some limitations?

they will ban you immediately. No shared hosting provider will allow mass mailing...

How about if I buy a vps? and host a mailer in it? but how would I get the [email protected] email address if I use a VPS?
Using vps should do unless you get spam complaint. If you get spam complaint or IP blacklisting, they may also get your server suspended. So ask the provider before buying it if they allow emailing?....

About email ID, you need to install postfix, exim etc... but if you are not that technical then I would advise you to install control panel like CPANEL, Virtualmin, zpanel etc... and host your domain, create name servers, point your domain to the name servers and then you can add email id for the same. For doing these things, you will find lots of videos on youtube...

If you are new to these things, the server provider should do it at additional costs....

I have technical knowledge but has not much experience in this field and Very much thank you for a wealth info that you just gave.

But I would like to ask a quick question, is the cpanel, postfix, etc... some kind of a software that would let me launch a website (with mailing capabilities)? You said "create name servers" so I would assume that these softwares would be the sort of "backbone" of the whole thing, and I would simply purchase a domain and point it to that?

Thanks.

when you are setting up the vps, you need to create custom nameservers on the server. then add an account from the panel and point your domain to those nameservers. Also, make sure to add SPF and DKIM records to your DNS for better delivery.

I might not have understand some words you just said, but I'll put this in my bookmarks. So basically a cPanel, etc... will let me set up a website with mailing capabilities if possible. How much RAM(for the VPS) would you recommend for this? Hostinger deals seems pretty cheap, would you recommend it? Please recommend some.

Thanks.

EDIT: And please give me the keyword to what would I search to learn about this. "VPS + cPanel tutorial"? Somethung like that?

if your script / data is not big then any server should work. Start with 1 GB ram with 2-4 core server....

if you want to save up hassle, look for "manage VPS", which mostly include cpanel.
I am managing one for my client, and price is about $20+ per month

I kind of went to digitalhost's pricing and it looks great, but I don't understand how they bill it hourly, so when I shut down the server, it'll stop the billing meter, but how am I gonna turn it on again?

I am using ultramailer + ses... it is pretty good to blast... +1 for this solution.

yet, I found that it not able to control sending limit, and don't have reporting feature (i am referring to the standard version, pro version I not experience before)
You can control sending limit from "App Settings"
