sending bulk emails

hello every body
i'm new member working in email marketing
i would like to ask if any one has any technique to send inbox to yahoo and aol
i have already dedicated server(different providers:OVH,Ikoula...) with DKIM SFP also RDNS also pmta is already installed.
i have bought cleaned opted-in lists
i try to send emails but they are lending in spam folder and i couldn't send inbox messages,also the i can't send a large amount of emails.wich mean i need technique to warm-up the servers
i really need your help and your suggestions
i will pay for any suggestion that will work and let me send inbox emails and also for technique that can warm-up the servers

what kind of emails are you sending from and the bought email list was a bad idea you might have a list that has been sent to over and over.If you want to talk my skype is dizz bhw
