Sending bulk emails

I have a lot of scraped emails, and each service I have tried doesn't allow me to send attachment, but I am being offered hundreds of newsletter templates etc.

All I want is to send a simple text and a picture in the attachment to, maybe no more than a few hundred email addresses, to see if I get a satisfactory feedback. If I send 10 emails from my Outlook address, I get blocked.

Who can help me out?

With aged Gmails, you can send 500 (450 safer) a day without getting blocked, using drip feed Mail merge from ( I think Mailking). Or you just use Mozilla Thunderbird with a few aged Gmails which you can buy here on BHW and use the mail merge feature to send your mails.

Be careful with aged gmails though, I suspect some if not most are hacked emails .
