Okay, guys...everything was going well, until these bastards disabled my account.

I was sending bulk email through Mandrill, and everything looked good (I had an "Excellent" reputation), and then they stopped my account from sending despite the fact that nobody was complaining about the mail I was sending.

I had a 98.9% delivery rate (or 1.1% bounce rate), a 0.01% spam complaint rate, a low unsubscribe rate (0.8%). And again, my account reputation was "Excellent". But they disabled it anyway.

I'll be honest, half of the messages I sent were spam, but it wasn't harmful spam (neither to the recipient of the email or Mandrill's servers). It was a short plain-text message (with a single link), nothing more. I even included an unsubscribe link! A lot of the time, I got replies saying, "thank you. I'll check out so and so." People actually liked the messages I sent, and my campaigns all performed pretty well!

I'm pretty frustrated and sad about this to be honest. I just wanted to know if anybody knows about a different email sending platform that won't be as strict as Mandrill, because I get that I violated their TOS, but I wasn't hurting their servers! All my stats were great!

Is Mailjet any good? AWeber/Constant Contact? Are there any others I don't know about? Or are there mailers here on BHW that can send my messages? I would be a good customer because I'm a high volume sender. I tried my own VPS, but the inbox rate is awful. I think the only way to fix that is to sign up for Return Path.

I'd really appreciate any help. I just really need some advice here, and this site is great for that.

    Update:
I've just had the world's greatest epiphany. I've discovered a flaw in what I was doing. I freaking cracked it. I guess my question isn't as important as it was before.

Can I know the details of that flaw? So your account is still suspended?
